Abstract
In the article the peculiarities of images interpretation of the area sizeable parts in terms of time limits associated with information support of consequences liquidation process of technogenic and natural disasters, are observed. Due to the fact that the situation in the area of such catastrophes is stochastic in nature it is proposed to build a processing system of areal images on the basis of the theory of adaptive systems. Thus as a random input stream into the treatment system it is proposed to consider the Poisson flow of images, the dimensions of which allows you to display them entirely on the screens of the monitoring devices of the automated workplaces for operators-decipherers. A formalized statement of the problem and the sequence of actions when dealing with it are given.
