Journal “Robotics and Technical Cybernetics” is issued by Russian State Scientific Center for Robotics and Technical Cybernetics (RTC).

• assistance in increasing of scientific, engineering and technology level of developed robotic and technical cybernetic facilities;
• information support of relevant organizations;
• analysis and forecast for scientific and technical development of robotics and technical cybernetics, addressing problems of higher education, reviewing textbooks and manuals;
• engaging of young professionals in journal’s activities, providing a platform for the publications of their research findings and results of their practice.

 The journal “Robotics and Technical Cybernetics” is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media of Russian Federation (Roskomnadzor), and has the mass media registration certificate, dated December 11, 2013.
