Abstract
Intelligent robots development has currently become the issue of the day. Since the robots have to operate in real environments, the task of recognizing three-dimensional objects comes forth. This paper discusses the use of 3D technical vision system to recognize polyhedral objects. As the output, the three-dimensional array of the working area coordinates is formed. This paper examines methods of processing 3D array of coordinates for recognition of spatial objects.
