Abstract
State of the art in mechatronics, communications tools and computing technologies, reached in the current con-text, predetermines emergence of medical robotics and development of robotic surgical systems.
This paper considers the relevance of mechatronic robotic surgical systems' creation.
The key current challenge of surgical technologies – objective surgeon's physiological limit and related limits in accuracy of performed manipulations, their frequency, duration, protection against human factor – is discussed.
The main and the most accomplishable in the short term ways of medical robotics' development, also for delivery of health care to persons, injured due to emergencies propagation in conditions of shortage resources in medical services, are outlined.

Key words
Medical robotics, telehealth, super-surgical vision, emergency.
