Abstract
External design of engineering systems suggests taking into account the influence of external parameters of their functioning on technical characteristics of systems' major components. Such account may be accomplished through structuring of generalized complex functioning parameters of task-oriented technical system and its operational complex.

Key words
Robotic complex, information support, aerospace basing, operational complex, spacecraft, Earth's remote sensing, unmanned aerial vehicle, UAV, complex functioning parameters.
