Abstract
The problem of exploitation safety of Navy underwater objects is reviewed. Focal areas of robot-ics application and requirements for development of relevant robotic systems for submariners' greater safety are defined. The tasks of submariners' loss risk minimization under particular conditions of energy-saturated units of the submarine through the development of robotic flame- and explosion-proof zones are formulated. From the perspective of risk management the entity for appearance of the new type of polyergatic system «human – robot – object» is revealed.

Key words
Exploitation safety, risk management, energy-saturated units, extreme conditions, robotic com-plexes, unmanned technology, robotic flame- and explosion-proof zones.
