Abstract
The paper analyzes the features of the application of cybernetic methods to control specific physical objects, some parts of which are involved in the process of information exchange through computer network. In the framework of cyber-physics the new structure for interactive control system of planetary robot, which implements the force-torque sensibilization of packets delays, is proposed.
