Abstract
Promising projects of lunar exploration involve the use of «planetary» autonomous mobile robots (AMR) for various purposes. The topic of interaction between cosmonauts and robots in manned flights attracts the attention of specialists. However, the question remains how the lunar missions’ crew will interact with a group of AMRs on the lunar surface and in inhabited lunar bases (ILB). The answer to this question involves experimental researches in the field of ergonomics with the use of modern test benches with the information and technical support. In this regard, the paper proposes simulation models suitable for implementation as part of the testing unit for virtual prototyping of Human Robot Interaction, and more broadly – for the interaction of space crews with a group of AMRs for various purposes.
Key words
Lunar exploration, inhabited lunar bases (ILB), cosmonauts crew, heterogeneous groups of autonomous mobile robots (AMR), human robot interaction (HRI), virtual prototyping, test bench for modeling and visualization virtual environment.
