Abstract
Experimentally discovered in recent decades propulsing thrust appearing without mass expelling (confirmed by independent authoritative scientific centers) is a significant move in space technologies learning and their progress, it seems to be impossible to evaluate its immensity now. This move is connected with creation of motion modes in outer space without mass expelling which shall allow Humanity to explore not only Solar system planets but also to carry out expeditions to the distant stars of our Galaxy. This paper reviews hypothesis explaining the pro-pulsing thrust based on idea of force electrodynamic interaction with perfect vacuum as with material body.
Fact of ascertainment of thrust without mass expelling is important not only for practical cosmo-nautics but also for whole earth science based on physics. Thrust presence in such drives puts in question the quatercentenary principle of relativity which was identified as one of fundamental laws of nature by modern theoretical physics. The principle by its physical essence denies substantiality of «empty» outer space (perfect vacuum). But at the present day it is possible to ex-plain the thrust without mass expelling of these electrical machines only from the standpoint of outer space materiality.
For physical science existence of this thrust is a natural phenomenon proving the reality of force interaction with perfect vacuum and, as a consequence, substantiality of outer space. Its acknowledgment will expand application field for theoretical physics and must rebuild many design-and-engineering directions connected with device creation for human life and activities maintaining.

Key words
Rocket engine, engine thrust, principle of relativity, Foucault currents, EmDrive.
