Abstract
Robots brief classification based on criterion of their similarity to life forms is given. The possibility of anthropo-morphous robots' application to perform tasks in space is analyzed. Special attention is paid to identifying the advantages and disadvantages of anthropomorphous robots. Possible configurations of robots for space application are offered.
