Abstract
The influence of solar variability on the processes in our environment, such as the weather, climate and bio-sphere, including humans, on the functioning of the technosphere elements, hitherto poorly understood. The main reason is the lack of regular observations of solar radiation variations in the extreme ultraviolet and soft X-ray ranges, as well as for the electron precipitation from the radiation belts to the ionosphere. The article describes a new system of continuous monitoring of solar and magnetospheric activity main factors, using the opto-electronic device «Space Solar Patrol».

Key words
Solar radiation, solar patrol, UV radiation, data processing systems, forecasting.
