Abstract
The structure of inter-disciplinary branch of system knowledge are proposed in the article. Neocybernetics is the main science of this inter-disciplinary branch which is oriented at analysis and synthesis of intellectual control systems for complex arbitrary objects. The main objects of neocybernetics and their characteristics, goals, the main notions, the main tasks and the main unsolved problems are analyzed in the article.
