Abstract
Algorithm for localization of acoustic sources in homogeneous medium with unknown sound speed is suggested in the article. Formalization provides rapid convergence of source's coordinate vector valuation according to estimates of nondimensional time of acoustic signal registration by antenna's microphone. For localization of acoustic source coordinates nonlinear system of equations, which is solved by numerical gradient method, is formed. Acoustic antenna should contain minimum five microphones atop pyramid's vertexes. Its resolution capability is appreciable through Jacobian systems of three nonlinear equations. MATLAB-script of algorithm implementation is given.
