Abstract
One of the long-range objectives of robotics is the problem of cooperative behavior. Particularly challenging variant of cooperative behavior is cooperation of different types of robots: unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), unmanned surface vessels (USV), and autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV). The review deals with the application and development of small heterogeneous teams of robots, moreover their heterogeneity is specified by their operational environment. We consider heterogeneous teams, consisting of two or more interacting robots, at least two of which are designed to operate in different media.
