Abstract
The paper search into the matter of prospects of robot application in the agricultural sector, with regard to precision agriculture technology in particular. Special attention is paid to the technology of robotized fertilization in accordance with actual level of soil fertility, varying on different field parts. Various components of given technology are presented. The results, obtained in domestic agriculture, are reviewed in the end of the paper. Information on given technology efficiency in Russia is provided.
